Double Chocolate Fudgy Einkorn Brownies
These soft, fudgy Einkorn brownies are everything a perfect brownie should be: rich, decadent, and extra-chocolatey!
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup unbleached organic sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup all-purpose Einkorn flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°
In a medium saucepan, warm butter over low heat, just until melted.
Remove from heat.
Add sugar, and whisk in until thoroughly mixed.
Add the eggs and vanilla, again whisking until thoroughly mixed.
Add all remaining ingredients, and stir well until fully combined.
Spread batter evenly into a greased 9x13" pan.
Bake until edges are firm, and center is just set - about 25-27 minutes.
Remove from oven, and let cool to room temperature before cutting.
