Double Chocolate Fudgy Einkorn Brownies

These soft, fudgy Einkorn brownies are everything a perfect brownie should be: rich, decadent, and extra-chocolatey!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup unbleached organic sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose Einkorn flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • In a medium saucepan, warm butter over low heat, just until melted.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add sugar, and whisk in until thoroughly mixed.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla, again whisking until thoroughly mixed.
  • Add all remaining ingredients, and stir well until fully combined.
  • Spread batter evenly into a greased 9x13" pan.
  • Bake until edges are firm, and center is just set - about 25-27 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, and let cool to room temperature before cutting.
