Easy Vanilla Pudding Pops

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Whisk cream, sugar, and egg yolks together in a saucepan, over low heat.
  • Whisk slowly and continually until mixture just begins to bubble - not quite simmering.
  • Immediately remove from heat, and let cool until pudding is warm and slightly thick, but not hot - about 15 minutes.
  • Add the vanilla, and gently stir well, until thoroughly mixed.
  • Pour pudding into popsicle molds. Tap gently to remove any air bubbles. Insert handles or popsicle sticks, and freeze until solid - about 5 hours.

Notes

If you really love vanilla, try making this with two teaspoons instead of one!
