Coconut Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies
These decadent coconut flour chocolate chip cookies call for just 7 ingredients. So easy to make, but so wonderful you'll forget they're grain-free!
Servings: 24 cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat butter (or coconut oil), and sugar (or honey) until smooth.
Stir in coconut flour and baking soda.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips
Drop by tablespoon onto parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, until just beginning to turn golden.
