How To Make Easy Dried Fruit Slice Ornaments

To start from scratch, cut your fruit into thin, even slices - about 3/16" thick works best for almost any kind of fruit.

A little glue goes a long way, and it's easy to get too much.

We found the easiest way to get ornaments that didn't look gloppy or have too many strings of hot glue attached, was to put a little dot the size of a pea directly on the ornament, then gently press the spice onto the glue.
